Biography. Mr. Colleran earned his LLM. In Taxation from Boston University, his J.D. cum laude, from Suffolk University and a B.S., cum laude from Boston College, Carroll School of Management. Mr. Colleran is a senior trial attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service, Large Business & International Division in Boston.
